All guests who observe golf-etiquette are very welcome in Gatow! Before booking a Tee-Off time please make sure you and all members of your proposed flight fulfill the following requirements. This will save later disappointment!

1. All guests must be a member of a golf club and carry a valid membership card or handicap confirmation. We do not accept membership cards from various so-called "Internet Clubs" (for example "International Golfers Club") where the clubs in question do not have a course or do not have playing rights on a particular course. If in doubt please contact the office before arrival.
   
   
2. All guests must have a handicap of -36,0 or better when playing at the weekend or on public holidays, unless you are invited to play by a member. At the weekend and on public holidays single players are not permitted and there is no 9-Hole Greenfee. Our office staff will be glad to help in fitting you into a suitable flight.
   
   
3. All guests must be in possession of a valid Green Fee before teeing off. Failure to do this will result in players being barred from the course and club house. Green Fees can be obtained from the office between 08:00 hrs and 18:30 hrs. Outside these times you will find envelopes and Green Fee tags by the office window. Please fill out the tags and form and deposit your green fee in the box at the counter. If you do not have the right change, place the note or notes or Credit Card in the envelope and collect the change after completing your round. We must remind you that Course-Marshals patrol the course 7 days a week and that they have been instructed to check all Green Fees/Players on the course at all times.
   
   
4. All guests must have a reserved Tee-Off time between 07:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs on all days of the week except Mondays from 11:00 to 18:00 hrs. Tee Times can be reserved by telephone (030) 365 0006, by E-Mail, using the terminal in the foyer, or of course, in person at the office counter. We do have a facility for reserving Tee-Times via the internet: Tee-Time Reservations, navigate to Language Selection, select English and follow the registration process. You will only have to do this once. You will receive a password by email which will allow you to use this internet facility 24/7.
